Guests have full private use of the entire apartment, including both ensuite bedrooms, the open-plan living and dining areas, the balcony and the exclusive rooftop level with its plunge pool, sun loungers and outdoor dining space. Guests also have access to all shared facilities within Ki Resort, including the large communal swimming pool and landscaped common areas. Two private parking spaces inside the complex are reserved for your stay.

Guests staying at Grand Amodā have access to two private parking spaces within Ki Resort. A car is strongly recommended. The property is set in a quieter, residential part of Pereybere and most amenities are spread out rather than clustered together. Pereybere Beach is walkable for those comfortable with longer walks, but daily essentials such as supermarkets, larger restaurants, the Grand Baie malls, and most activities around the north coast are easier and significantly faster to reach by car. Footpaths are limited in parts of the area and walking after dark is not ideal. Taxis and ride-hailing services are available but can be inconsistent and expensive for regular use. Public buses operate along the main coastal road, though they are slow and not suited for sightseeing or day-to-day mobility. A car gives guests full freedom to explore Grand Baie, nearby beaches, dining, nightlife and the wider island with ease. For this location, having a vehicle transforms the overall experience and is the most practical way to get around.
